Page warrants that the seeds, bulbs and plants it sells will be, at the time of delivery, as described on the container within recognized tolerances. Page gives no other or further warranty express or implied. Page limits its liability on the foregoing warranty and its liability by reason of any other cause whatsoever to the amount of the purchase of such seeds bulbs or plants. In the case of goods except seeds, since the use is beyond the control of Page, the Purchaser assumes all risks of use or handling, whether in accordance with directions or not, and Page makes no warranty express be implied, concerning such products.
